🏋️‍♀️ How to Use Your Workout Planner

1. Select Your Workout Day

  • Click any day in the Weekly Schedule panel to view/edit exercises.

  • The active day is highlighted in purple.

2. Add Exercises

  • Name: Enter the exercise (e.g., “Deadlifts,” “Morning Run”).

  • Type: Choose:

    • 🏋️ Strength Training (add sets)

    • 🏃 Cardio

    • 🧘 Flexibility

  • Duration: Enter minutes (e.g., 30).

  • Click “Add Exercise” to save.

3. Track Progress

  • Each exercise shows:

    • Duration (progress bar visualizes time)

    • Sets (for strength training)

  • Exercises are color-coded by type.


💡 Tips for Success

✔️ Plan ahead: Assign different workout types to different days (e.g., cardio on Monday, strength on Wednesday).
✔️ Save automatically: Your plan stays saved even if you close the browser.
✔️ Adjust freely: Click another day to switch views.
