🏋️♀️ How to Use Your Workout Planner
1. Select Your Workout Day
Click any day in the Weekly Schedule panel to view/edit exercises.
The active day is highlighted in purple.
2. Add Exercises
Name: Enter the exercise (e.g., “Deadlifts,” “Morning Run”).
Type: Choose:
🏋️ Strength Training (add sets)
🏃 Cardio
🧘 Flexibility
Duration: Enter minutes (e.g., 30).
Click “Add Exercise” to save.
3. Track Progress
Each exercise shows:
Duration (progress bar visualizes time)
Sets (for strength training)
Exercises are color-coded by type.
💡 Tips for Success
✔️ Plan ahead: Assign different workout types to different days (e.g., cardio on Monday, strength on Wednesday).
✔️ Save automatically: Your plan stays saved even if you close the browser.
✔️ Adjust freely: Click another day to switch views.
