Meditation Timer Guide

How to Use the Meditation Timer

1. Set Your Duration

  • Adjust the slider to choose your meditation length (1–60 minutes).

  • The timer displays in MM:SS format (e.g., 05:00 = 5 minutes).

2. Start Your Session

  • Click Start (▶️) to begin the countdown.

  • The timer runs until it reaches 00:00 or you manually stop it.

3. Pause or Reset

  • Stop (⏹️): Pauses the timer (resume with Start).

  • Reset (🔄): Resets to your selected duration.

4. Ambient Sounds (Optional)

  • Choose background audio:

    • 🌧️ Rain | 🌊 Ocean | 🌲 Forest | 🔇 None

  • Sound plays automatically when the timer starts.

5. Completion

  • When time’s up, you’ll hear a chime and see an alert.


Tips for Best Results

  • Use headphones for immersive sound.

  • For longer sessions, ensure your device won’t sleep.

  • Refresh the page if audio glitches (browser limits).
