How to Use the Image Resizer

1. Upload Your Image

• Click the dashed box or drag & drop an image file

• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, etc.

• Original image will appear in the left preview panel

2. Adjust Dimensions

• Set width and height in pixels

• 🔒 “Maintain Aspect Ratio” (checked by default) prevents distortion

• Uncheck to freely resize each dimension

3. Set Quality

• Adjust quality % (1-100) – higher = better quality but larger file

4. Download Result

• Click “Download Resized Image” to save as JPG

• Resized version appears in the right preview panel

💡 Pro Tips

✔ Preserve quality by only reducing dimensions (enlarging reduces sharpness)
✔ For websites use 70-90% quality for best balance
✔ Maintain ratio for profile pictures/thumbnails to avoid stretching

⚠️ Troubleshooting

• Blank preview? Wait for processing (watch for “Processing…” message)

• Download issues? Try a different browser

• Large files may take longer to process

1. Upload a 4000×3000px photo (3MB)

2. Resize to 800×600px at 85% quality

3. Download new version (now just 150KB) – perfect for email!
