How to Use the GPA Calculator
Select Your GPA Scale
Choose between the 4.0 scale (standard unweighted) or 5.0 scale (weighted for honors/AP courses).
Add Your Courses
Click the “+ Add Course” button for each course you want to include.
For each course:
Enter the course name (e.g., “Calculus 101”).
Select your letter grade (A, B+, etc.).
Choose the credit hours (typically 1–5, depending on the course).
Remove Courses (Optional)
Click the “Remove” button next to any course to delete it.
Calculate Your GPA
Click the “Calculate GPA” button to see your results.
Your GPA, total credits, and grade points will display below.
Tips for Accuracy
✔ Double-check grades/credits – Ensure they match your transcript.
✔ Use decimals – For half-credit courses (e.g., 0.5 or 1.5 credits), select the correct option.
✔ Weighted vs. Unweighted – Select the 5.0 scale if your school uses weighted GPAs for advanced courses.
