How to Use This Body Fat Calculator
1. Select Your Gender
Male or Female (this changes the calculation formula and hip measurement requirement).
2. Enter Your Measurements
Age (18-100): Required for accuracy.
Weight (kg): Your current weight in kilograms.
Height (cm): Your height in centimeters.
Waist (cm): Measure at the narrowest point (usually near the belly button).
Neck (cm): Measure below the Adam’s apple (men) or mid-neck (women).
Hip (cm): Only for women – measure the widest part of your hips.
