💧 How to Use Your Water Tracker
1. Log Your Water Intake
Tap preset buttons (250ml, 500ml, 750ml) for quick logging.
OR enter a custom amount in milliliters (ml) and click “Add”.
2. Track Your Progress
The wave animation rises as you drink, showing your progress toward your daily goal.
Your current amount and goal are displayed above the wave (e.g.,
1200ml / 2000ml
).
3. Set Your Daily Goal
Adjust your target by entering a new goal (ml) and clicking “Set Goal”.
The default is 2000ml (about 8 cups).
4. Review Your History
All logged drinks appear under “Today’s Intake” with timestamps.
Reset your day with “Reset Day” (clears all data).
